Ben Fleming
Physical Spiritual Life is a course from an experienced health and fitness professional about learning the rhythms God built into our bodies—sleeping, breathing, eating, and more—to live with greater clarity, energy, and purpose.
Each session explores one physical process and connects it to biblical patterns and metaphors, helping you see your body not as a mere vessel but as a living expression of God’s design in creation.
You’ll leave with simple, sustainable habits that support both physical health and a deeper understanding of what it means to live in the image of God.
